These terms govern your use of opvitals.guru and the OpVitals application. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

OpVitals reads accounting data you authorize from QuickBooks Online and calculates revenue targets, pace, alerts, scenarios and diagnostic reports. Features may change as the product develops.

Not financial, tax or legal advice

OpVitals provides calculations based on your own books and the goals you enter. Results depend on the accuracy and categorization of your accounting records. They are not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and you remain responsible for your business decisions.

Your account

• Accounts are by invitation. Keep your password private and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
• You must have authority to connect the QuickBooks Online company you connect.

Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. See our privacy policy.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop renewing at the end of the current period.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers’ data, or interfere with its operation.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
